  • Email address: Required to use the playground, used for usage tracking and priority access
  • Anonymous ID: A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser
  • Prompts and completions: The text you submit and the model's responses
  • Usage analytics: Page views, events, and interactions with the Service
  • Payment information: Processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Track donation history for priority access
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns
  • Prevent abuse and enforce our terms of service
  • Improve the Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a SQLite database hosted on Modal's infrastructure. Prompts and completions may be logged for abuse prevention and service improvement. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to:

  • Store your anonymous ID for session continuity
  • Remember your email address
  • Store your user preferences

We do not use tracking cookies from third-party advertising networks.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
  • Modal: Backend hosting and compute
  • AWS CloudFront: Content delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 90 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
